Job Seeker Work Groups

ProTech

Job search networking groups are a great avenue for passive or aggressive job seekers to network and explore new strategies for job hunting.  The Workforce Development Center presently offers ProTech as a  workgroup that you can use for job hunting:   ProTech is designed specifically for professional & technical knowledge workers having an Associate degree or higher level of education. Members routinely explore new strategies for job hunting.

Where & When:  This group meets  every Monday, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Racine County Workforce Development Center, Classroom C, 1717 Taylor Avenue, Racine, WI

 

Job Support Network (JSN)

This group is open to all job seekers. Seventy-five percent of all employment opportunities found are through networking. Come get together with other job seekers to network, share ideas, information, and job leads.

When & Where:  This group meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month, 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Racine County Workforce Development Center, Classroom C, 1717 Taylor Avenue, Racine, WI
