About Our Staff
 Karen Handrich, has a BS degree from the University of Wisconsin and has an extensive background in customer service which is the hallmark of WDC Business Services. She was previously employed by Wachovia Securities, LLC for 8 yrs., has had experience with a global weight loss company, and management experience in the food service and adult rehab fields. Karen is very knowledgeable about the problems facing business in Racine County and is a proven problem solver for employers' workforce issues. She has excellent organization skills and a keen desire to help her business customers achieve their goals.
Carl A. Bogar, Jr. joined the Business Services Team as a Business Consultant. He is a veteran who has received many honors during his service in the Marine Corps and is a graduate of Carthage College with a B.A. Degree plus an Associate Degree in Applied Science from the College of Lake County. Carl brings years of valuable business experience gained in the staffing industry, teaching and retail business. He will be working with the employer community, serving the employment and training needs of his business accounts and is a valuable resource on veteran employment programs for the employer community.
Elizabeth (Betsy) Falk , Labor Economist, has varied and extensive work experience, including 10 years as a business owner as well as working for public companies in technical and training positions. She has worked as an adjunct instructor at Gateway Technical College and Milwaukee Area Technical College. She is part of the State-wide Office of Economic Advisors and is available to provide labor information about the area for business and individual users. Betsy has an Associate Degree in Accounting from Gateway Technical College, a Bachelor’s from UW Platteville and an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University.
Karen Dabalack, Karen Dabalack is the Business Services Administrative Assistant. She has extensive customer service and management skills gained through eleven years with Weight Watchers and Halpin Personnel. She attended Wichita State University before relocating with her family to Racine in 1981. Karen is an integral part of the Business Services Team and is very knowledgebable about WDC services, providing assistance to our team and business customers in a variety of areas. She is the "go to" person for both staff and our customers because she always has the answer.
Anne Spieker, joined the WDC Business Services team as a Professional Career Consultant. Anne is certified as a Mentor/Coach in strategic areas of Careers, Business and Marketing. Anne graduated from the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse with a BS degree and she brings over 25 years of professional management, marketing and business experience. Anne moved back to Racine after 27 years of professional experience outside of Racine. She has human relation skills and business acumen and provides solid direction and support for professionals! Anne grew up here and has a sincere interest in changing and improving the employment picture of Racine County.

 Becca Postorino, joined the WDC Business Services team as a Business Consultant. She earned a BS degree from UW-LaCrosse and brings 20 years of business experience to this position, having owned and operated The Avenue Frame Shop, The Downtown Daily Grind and most recently RPM Solutions Inc. Becca is a great addition to this team of professionals who provide solutions to employers employment and training issues. She is a Racine native with deep ties to the Racine community and an abiding interest in Racine County's future.

Kristin Schroeder, Kristin is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a BS degree in health studies. She served an internship with S.C. Johnson & Sons, working on several projects before joining HealthDrive in Wauwatosa where she held several positions since January 2005 – the last being Operations Manager. Kristin is a Racine native with strong ties to the Racine community who chose to come back to this area to live and work. She brings for-profit business experience and health industry experience along with great interest and enthusiasm for Racine Community.
